Healthy southern cuisine with a distinctive urban flair
Delicious and delectable, when you're ready to be bad, these desserts are our Chef's unique twists to some great southern favorites.
Catering services has included providing our cuisine with table service, waiters and bartenders at banquets. We also catered to the NFL by providing 2000 servings of our exquisite cuisine for the NFL Tailgate Party during the 2009 NFL Super Bowl at Raymond James Stadium. Our experienced Chef prepared dishes from many cultures including Italian, Asian, Mexican, Caribbean, Spanish and more. We prepared and served 600 servings of Italian, Caribbean and Asian cuisine for International Day at Hillsborough Community College.
Chef introduced his urban essence to such favorites as Chicken & Waffles, Juicy Jerked Chicken, Macaroni & Cheese and Urban Fried Chicken. Our entrees also included the Succulent Sirloin Steak with a Creamy Red Wine Sauce, the Chef's Special Catfish (covered with crawfish and capers) and the Grilled Salmon with a Creamy White Wine Sauce. It is these entrees which caused the locals to label them as "The New Soul Food".
Our menu was personally developed by Executive Chef John Saxton. The Chef’s menu and the flavors of his cuisine reflected the culinary desires of the urban cosmopolitan market he served. Here are just a few of our most ordered selections.
From our freshly prepared Boneless Catfish Nuggets to our Grilled Garlic Bread with a Creamy White Wine Sauce, the urban essence was experienced at every phase of the dining experience.

Our salad selections also included the favorite fresh Apple or Pear Salad with mixed greens, sugared walnuts and bleu cheese crumbles with a White Wine Vinaigrette.
